After, stretch it out with Melissa Ruiz in a 45-minute vinyasa yoga session set to a soundscape of beats and rhythms mixed by DJ Taz Rashid. To bring it home and get you fully grounded, co-founder of MNDFL Meditation, Lodro Rinzler will lead a quick 30-minute meditation for overall mind and body alignment. Once you’ve crossed the finish line with a clear mind and full heart, you’ll enjoy a spread by Simply Honest Kitchen and Grassroots Juicery.
